Spring Cleaning Your Hormones!
Spring cleaning does not pertain to just the external things you own such as your home, yard and car. It can also mean going within to clean and balance out your hormones!

When your endocrine system, which is the collection of glands that produce hormones to help your body function optimally, is not working right, it can affect so much (think digestion, metabolism, mood, blood sugar, energy, tissue function... the list goes on).
Getting the right nutrients, exercise, supplements, and sleep can reinvigorate the endocrine system (leading to more energy for external spring cleaning!)
Here are ways in which you can do just that!

(Coconut oil, hemp seeds, avocados, grass fed butter, bone broth, salmon, raw yogurt, evening primrose oil)
*Substitute coffee with herbal teas*

*Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day*
